Hey Everyone!
This year feels like it is already flying by. With the spring semester already underway, we hope that your management of your team’s IT fleet is going smoothly. Over the past month, we have been working hard to continue to improve various workflows inside of our products. Our main focus for the month of February has been working on the emails that are associated with our asset management and helpdesk systems. This has included creating our own templates and hosting all of your emails ourselves. Our next step will be improving the Active Directory and SSO capabilities that we currently have. This will include adding detailed walkthroughs for each of the AD and SSO options that we support. This will be to help with the ease of setting up these processes.
Here are a few articles that we hope will help you with our daily management of your fleet.
