2023 is off to a good start. The team is working on some amazing new features to be released soon. We are deep in the foundational phases of those upcoming upgrades, and things are looking quite positive. You can expect some great improvements to the platform, which will further simplify asset management for you. In the meantime, here’s a peek at the latest tweaks and modifications made to the platform.
New Google Sign In
You must have already noticed the new Google Sign-In while accessing your workspace on AssetRemix. Well, we have a new Google Identity Service used for user authentication and authorization. Although the UI has changed, its functionality remains the same. This change came in response to Google’s decision that it will provide the Sign in with Google button as well as One Tap (a new authentication prompt) to maintain uniformity across platforms. We have embedded it to our platform as per the new guidelines.
Brand New Product Tour
Our Product Tour feature has undergone a major makeover. The team collectively felt that the old product tour was quite primitive in its approach and disruptive at times to the ones exploring the platform. The new product tour is more precise and to the point. The revamped product tour gives you options covering only the crucial asset management functions on the platform. You can explore as per your need and convenience. We have plans to add more options under the new product tour.
Foundational Work on Real-Time Subscriptions
The real-time subscription features are still under wraps and we have just finished the foundational work. At present every time a task is completed on the platform the concerned personnel receives an email notification. For example, after a CSV upload, you usually receive an email specifying the sync details and task completion. Once the real-time subscription feature goes live, instead of a mail notification, the task completion will be updated on the dashboard in real-time. The updates will get reflected on the dashboard in real-time, enabling users to track their tasks seamlessly.

- Asset sync for free accounts up to 49 assets.
- Improved filter and report.
- History table fixed in single item view pages.
