Help Desk

While both platforms lack adequate support features, AssetRemix fulfils that with its Help Desk Email Ticketing System. You can generate support tickets through the Help Desk dashboard or email. The tickets get assigned to an agent with whom you can communicate via comments, while tracking the ticket status till it is resolved.
